The mission of our sports / mentoring program is to provide all youth with the highest quality education and team experience through sports participation. Participants are treated with respect, with the opportunity to experience growth in interacting with others, teamwork, sportsmanship, and skill development. In addition, the goal is to create a positive environment that fosters improved self-confidence and self-esteem through experiences in sports activities.
About The Team
Since the inception of the Struggle for Love Foundation, we've always had a passion for helping our youth in their endeavors to become responsible young adults. Because of this passion, we've implemented youth sports and mentoring as the key components under the foundation's umbrella. We offer an outlet for youth to participate in sports activities and mentor sessions that help them grow athletically, mentally, and physically into responsible young adults. Since we not only focus on athletics, a great source of exercise promoting active and healthy living, our organization is also very active in the community. Our participants must commit to several community engagement activities throughout the year to know the importance of giving back to their community. As a result of our consistent commitment to engaging in volunteer opportunities, we can secure funding for underprivileged families to participate in the program.
