Mentor & Leadership Program

In 2019, the Struggle of Love Foundation was called to support the ongoing youth violence issues in the Montbello / Green Valley Ranch area.

When Denver Public Schools returned to in-person learning, we at the Struggle of Love Foundation were called to provide mentorship to students across various schools. This included classes on music wellness, videography, professional development, affirmations, and anger management through our "Spreading Our Love Mentor & Leadership Program.

The goal of the Spreading Our Love Mentorship and Leadership Program is to empower and inspire young individuals to develop essential life skills, leadership qualities, and a strong sense of self-efficacy. Through meaningful mentorship relationships, interactive workshops, and community engagement, we aim to cultivate a supportive environment that fosters personal growth, academic achievement, and the cultivation of leadership abilities among our youth participants. Ultimately, our program seeks to equip these young leaders with the tools and confidence they need to navigate challenges, make positive contributions to their communities, and build a foundation for future success.
