Community Building:
A field of practices directed toward the creation or enhancement of community among individuals within a regional area (such as a neighborhood) or with a common need or interest. It is often encompassed in the fields of community organizing, community work, and community development.
Affirmations and Connections & Anger Management:
You are realizing and voicing what you do well and how you connect with others. Building skills of observing, sharing ideas and opinions, helping with communication barriers, and understanding nonverbal communication.
Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution:
Help participants find solutions to problems and conflicts in everyday relationships. Learn how to deal with conflicts in positive and creative ways.
Cultural Identity:
The identity of belonging to a group. It’s part of a person’s self-conception and self-perception and is related to nationality, ethnicity, religion, social class, generation, locality, or any kind of social group that has its own distinct culture.
The goal of the program is to create a successful business that provides children with real-world experience and valuable skills for the future.
